I am accessing the Raystown Data Room solely to evaluate a potential investment or partnership.

Access monitoring. I understand and agree that my access to and use of the Raystown Data Room may be monitored and logged — including the pages I view, time spent, and files I download, together with technical information such as my IP address, approximate (city-level) location, and device and browser — and that this information may be retained for up to 180 days for security, compliance, and diligence purposes.
